Paralegal – Bozeman
Salary: $55,000 – $80,000
Silverman Law Office is changing the way law is practiced, and we’re looking for the right Paralegal to join our team in Bozeman, Montana.

Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certificate or associate degree in paralegal studies from an accredited institution
- Three years of Paralegal experience
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in conducting legal research and document preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must manage your time effectively to exceed 1,200 Billable Hours annually. Aggressive bonus structure after that.
- Professional networking on behalf of yourself and the firm to demonstrate you can be a quality representative of the firm to support client referrals.
- Be punctual in attendance

Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to questions and providing updates on case status.
- Draft Documents: Prepare various legal documents for supporting attorneys.
- Research: Conduct legal research on relevant statues, regulations, and case law.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file documents with the appropriate courts and government agencies, following established procedures and deadlines.
- Notary Services: Serve as a notary public when necessary to authenticate legal documents.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated on change in law and regulations, attending relevant workshops or seminars to enhance knowledge and skills
Compensation and Benefits:
We provide bonuses based upon individual and team performance, along with retirement contributions, HSA contributions, and health, dental, and vision insurance. We also have a student loan repayment plan, and a relocation package paying up to $6,000.
