Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (Depending on Experience)
Silverman Law Office is changing the way law is practiced, and we’re looking for the right Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our team. As our footprint in Montana continues to grow, we’re seeking a COO with a passion for strategic thinking, procedure development and systemization, financial prowess, change management, and team support.

Expectations:
- Must be extremely detail oriented and already possess the ability to prioritize and manage numerous daily tasks and larger strategic projects.
- Increase firm revenue while simultaneously maximizing profits.
- Excellent communicator; professional written and verbal etiquette.
- Ability to prepare for and manage EOS Meetings, Integrate Firm Changes, and follow through to ensure quality rollouts.
- Efficient with Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer functions, building reports and analyzing data in a manner that provides actionable insights.
- Proactive communication with team members to ensure everyone is aware of procedures and holding team members accountable for performance.
- Lead department managers to ensure procedures are adequate and enhance flow, and course correct as needed through the direction of the CEO.
- Be punctual in attendance and communication.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum, MBA preferred.
- Change management experience, from start to finish with major (firm-wide) projects.
- 8 Years of leadership experience, with at least 2 years as a senior leader.
- Financial management, with experience analyzing and adjusting to maximize cash flow.
- Sales and marketing experience, both in person and digital.
Compensation and Benefits:
We provide bonuses based upon individual and team performance, along with retirement contributions, HSA contributions, and health, dental, and vision insurance. We also have a student loan repayment plan, and a relocation package paying up to $6,000.
