Mark has been in the private practice of law since 1988 concentrating on Estate Planning and Administration; Business Entity Planning and Law; Real Property Law and Transactions. He also has presented numerous estate planning and real estate seminars and presentations to a wide variety of groups. Additionally, Mark has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America. Mark is married to Bonnie Gilbert Josephson. They have two children.
