Sales Representative – Bozeman or Helena
Estimated Earnings: $60,000 Base Salary Plus Commissions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct 30–60 prospective client meetings weekly by phone, video conference, and in person.
- Follow a structured sales process, including scripts and objection-handling techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed retainer and conversion goals.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
- Collect retainers and ensure accurate completion of intake requirements.
- Schedule initial attorney appointments and facilitate conflict checks.
- Gather necessary client documents and information for legal staff.
- Maintain detailed records in the firm’s intake system.
- Develop and maintain referral source relationships to support business development.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless handoff.
