We can notarize and witness documents in person at our offices, and are now offering remote online notarization and witness services so that you can execute legal documents without leaving your home. All you need is a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone and with a few clicks, your documents can be signed and given legal effect in a few easy steps.
IN-PERSON SERVICES
In-person signings can be performed at either of our offices, located in Helena and Bozeman, Montana. We can notarize and witness any document for you (Estate Planning Documents, Will, Health Care Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney (Also called a “Financial Power of Attorney”), Deeds, Bank Documents, Financial Documents).
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION SERVICES
Remote Online Notarization (“RON”) is permitted by law in the state of Montana and is the newest and latest way to get your documents notarized or witnessed. Either our Bozeman or Helena, Montana office can assist you with the signing, notarizing and witnessing of your documents, no matter where in the world you are located. All you have to do is appear by our approved audio-visual communication platform via a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera. One of our notaries are standing by, waiting to help you with your documents that need to be notarized and/or witnessed. Our trained team will guide you through the steps to sign documents and will provide the digital notary stamp as authorized by state law.
RON is only available in a handful of states, and our Montana team is equipped to handle document signings which require notarized signatures, acknowledgements, and oaths and witnesses for customers located anywhere in the United States.
