Raised in small-town Montana, Kyle McCarty has always let family and community guide his path. After graduating from MSU-Billings and spending time in Bozeman, Kyle and his wife settled in Helena to start their family – a journey he describes as his greatest joy and achievement.
Kyle’s professional background spans several industries, but the common thread has always been a dedication to helping people and problem-solving. As the Client Coordinator for Silverman Law Office, he uses this experience to help fellow Montanans connect with attorneys who can guide them through their unique legal needs.
Kyle understands that no two situations are alike. He prides himself on providing tailored support and a welcoming environment for every person he connects with. He chose Silverman Law Office because their “client-first” philosophy mirrors his own commitment to the community.
When he’s not at the office, Kyle is likely being kept on his toes by his wife and two young children. They continue to amaze him and teach him lessons on appreciating the little things in life.
Their Helena home is also host to a lively (and some might say excessive) number of dogs, cats, and goats. You will often find their crew traveling to visit family, cheering on his brother from the sidelines of a basketball court, or rooting for the Bighorns at a local hockey game.
