Payments made by credit card are subject to a convenience fee (surcharge) of 3% of the total amount charged, which reflects the cost of credit card processing. This surcharge does not apply to payments made by cash, check, ACH/bank transfer, or debit card processed as a debit transaction. The surcharge also does not apply to retainer payments or payments made pursuant to a payment plan arrangement. By signing this Agreement and tendering payment by credit card, Client acknowledges and consents to this surcharge. The surcharge will appear on your payment receipt.
