Silverman Law Office attorney R. Mark Josephson will be included in the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for real estate law in the Billings area, extending a recognition he has held every year since 2010.
Attorneys who receive this recognition are selected through a peer-review process in which other attorneys evaluate their work in a given market and practice area. Nominees do not know they have been considered until results are released.
Josephson was also named Best Lawyers’ real estate “Lawyer of the Year” for the Billings area in both 2022 and 2026, an honor given to one attorney per practice area in each market.
Josephson has practiced real estate transactional and title law, estate and business planning, and estate administration law in Montana since 1988, continuing work his father started over six decades ago serving central Montana. He advises clients across the state and mentors attorneys throughout the firm’s five offices.
